Ultranet
Using your class space to enhance Key Competencies.
Teachers will learn about the different modules they can use within their class space to enhance Key Competencies with their students. Time will be allocated for teachers to publish work and resources onto their site.
Discusion and sharing time will also be an important part of the process to help the teachers see the big picture.
I would like to make the Friday 3rd August a day for those who already have some Ultranet experience e.g. lead teachers and those who have already been using Ultranet.

The term 1 practicum for Emmanuel Christian, Greta Valley, Hanmer Springs, Leithfield, Omihi, Rotherham, Waiau, Waikari and Waipara schools is Creating innovative and exciting learning through animation.

SAM Animation is software designed to give students the power of creating stopmotion movies to share their ideas and understanding of particular concepts in a highly creative and innovative manner. It can be used to make claymation and stop motion animation, and includes a time-lapse feature. Authentic, meaningful class projects will be modeled on the day with participants working collaboratively to plan and create their own masterpieces!
